Kevin brings multiple skill sets to Dail Development Company. His extensive banking background and the relationships he has fostered therein adds valuable depth to the company. Prior to joining Dail Development Company, Kevin was a project manager for a regional developer in Raleigh, NC. In this role, Kevin had a variety of duties including project proforma creation, land planning, permitting and development.
Kevin began his career in 1999 in Raleigh with Bank of America as a Lending Specialist in the Bank’s Home Builder Group. Kevin was responsible for underwriting and monitoring large credit facilities to builders and developers as well as new business development. He continues to maintain excellent relationships with many of the area’s custom home builders.
A promotion within Bank of America placed Kevin in The Private Bank as an Assistant Vice President where he was responsible for Asset and Trust Management for the Bank’s high net worth clients. Later, Kevin continued his banking career as a Community Banker with Crescent State Bank, a community bank founded in Cary, NC. With Crescent, Kevin was responsible for developing new client relationships with commercial and residential builders.
Kevin is a lifelong resident of Cary, NC. He is a graduate of Campbell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a Certificate in Trust Management while on a baseball scholarship.
Kevin is a volunteer assistant baseball coach at Apex High School and has dedicated efforts to Life Experiences, Miracle League Baseball, Habitat for Humanity and West Raleigh Baseball. He was a member of the Wake County Home Builders Association, where he was chairman of the association's Golf Committee. Kevin resides in Cary with his wife, Jennifer, daughter Emma Rose (8), and son Bryce (6).
